Cancellations & Refund Policy

A 30% refund will be given when withdrawing from a class in writing via email through April 30. A 20% refund will be given when withdrawing from a class in writing via email until May 31. No refunds will be given after May 31, 2025.  

 

Our Backyard reserves the right to terminate a child’s enrollment agreement at any time if (a) the child’s family does not meet the contracted financial obligations; (b) the child’s developmental needs cannot be met appropriately; (c) the child’s conduct interferes with the classes or operations, or compromises the safety of the child, other children, and/ or staff; or (d) the conduct of the child’s family brings discredit to the class or class location(s).
